Good morning! I just stopped by the shop to purchase some screws and the first thing I see when I arrive is a huge sticker at the front entrance with a woman in bikini with a hardhat and holding a screwdriver... REALLY?!?! This is so disrespectful and absurd... And mainly with all the women that work at the shop (doing their job brilliantly) and have to remember every single day the store owners, deep down, don't care even a bit about respect! 2023 people, let's learn and grow!!!! Ps: I was very well taken care of... By a WOMAN

I have been looking for stainless steel screws all over Miami without success. Until a friend referred me to American fasteners. Where I could get what I needed, they have a wide variety of products at reasonable prices and excellent service.

There was a very rude older gentleman who was at the door. He did not greet me or even speak. He rudely pointed at some machine and didn’t speak. Again he pointed at some thermometer on the wall and made a rude sarcastic remark without explanation. He then just walked away without helping me and began to gossip with another employee. Won’t be returning

I purchased a new safety harness proform f3 for a total of $454.74 I seen it for sale at several other stores for much cheaper $50 to $100 dollars cheaper. I called to see if they could price match it and they began to give me all these excuses why I can not return it nor can they price match it. It is brand new never used,Was a instock item hanging on wall next to four other harnesses. The women I was speaking to said her supervisor told her I should of done my research before I bought it from them. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company and they will not get my business again due to the way they handled this matter.
